Patient Surveys

If you have recently been in contact with EEAST, we are keen to receive your feedback about the quality of service you received. Your feedback is valuable to help us to understand what we have done well and where we can improve to meet the needs and expectations of our patients.

Friends and Family Test

The Friends and Family Test is a quick and anonymous way to provide your views after receiving care or treatment across the NHS. It supports the key principle that people who use NHS services should have the opportunity to provide feedback on their experiences. That feedback is then used to improve the services for our patients.

At EEAST, we would like to give everyone who has used the Patient Transport Service the opportunity to provide feedback about their overall experience.
