The Patient Experience team process all compliments and feedback, which is then provided to the staff by managers.

Information we will need from you
- Incident date, time and full/exact location.
- A brief explanation about what your compliment is regarding and any message you would like to be passed to the crew members concerned.
- Crew names (if you have them).
