Within the east of England, we have numerous support services that tailor towards mental health and wellbeing.
Young people from our people participation teams have used and suggest these specific services listed below.
Norfolk and Waveney
Support service for young people under 25 years -from mental health to money, homelessness to finding a job, break-ups to drugs.
Norfolk and Suffolk Foundation Trust
They offer webinars to support young people and their families.
Free online counselling and peer support for 11-25 year olds.
Parents and carers of children and young people with special educational needs and/or disabilities (SEND) in Norfolk.

REST is a partnership project that brings together mental health support, local services and a place where everyone can feel welcome.
Offer support to local families with children with Autism, SEN, additional needs and disabilities.
Reducing drug and/or alcohol misuse with young people under 18.
Providing support for both young people and adults in recovery and improving individuals mental wellbeing.
Provides accommodation and support to help vulnerable people towards independent living whilst also providing
employment, training and work place experience.

SPCFs (Suffolk Parent Carer Forums) aim is to ensure that every parent carer in Suffolks voice, views and experiences matter and that they contribute towards developing and improving services.
Parent and Carers Together (PACT)
PACT (Parents and Carers Together) began in 2013 when two local parents realised they shared concern for children/young people experiencing mental health issues in Suffolk.
Their primary function is to encourage people to talk openly and honestly about mental health and provide support as required.
