Recommendation: The Board is asked to ratify the revised Terms of Reference.
Purpose: To share with the Board as Corporate Trustee the revised Terms of Reference for the Charitable Funds Committee, updated for the 2024-25 year.
Executive Summary:
Good governance requires that each Committee Terms of Reference (ToR) are reviewed annually. The ToR for the Charitable Funds Committee were updated, reviewed and approved by the Committee at its 19 September meeting. The Trust Board as Corporate Trustee is asked to ratify the ToR.
