Equality and Diversity Surveys

These surveys were commissioned by McKenzie LLP, a specialist equality, diversity and inclusion consultancy, to undertake an external research project with all black and minority ethnicity staff employed within the Trust.

These surveys will run on an annual basis to allow us to measure, compare and continue to make improvements to our overall culture within the Trust.
