The National Performance Advisory Group (NPAG) is a self-financed trading division of the East of England Ambulance Service NHS Trust, offering a range of management services to both public and private sector clients.
Best Value Groups
Our Best Value Groups were established to facilitate networking and benchmarking activities. Our Best Value Groups enable members to share experiences, identify good practice, innovation and information to assist individual managers to develop their own service improvement plans and seek continuous improvement in terms of quality, fitness-for-purpose, performance and value for money.

Training Workshops
As part of our aim to support NHS and public sector managers, The National Performance Advisory Group offers a variety of training workshops. NPAG works with a network of trainers, enabling training programmes to be tailored and developed to meet clients’ needs. As an NHS organisation, NPAG is able to offer training at very competitive prices.
Conferences
As part of our aim to support NHS and public sector managers, NPAG organises a range of conferences across the UK, each focusing on a different topic, such as National District Nurses, Clinical Engineering, and more.
NPAGNetwork
The NPAGNetwork is a managed forum for colleagues to share information and best practice, saving time and money by not re-inventing the wheel. This network was developed by NPAG as we recognised the need for a forum for healthcare managers to ask questions, request assistance and information, share documents, and get professional and practical advice from peers throughout the UK. The NPAGNetwork is available to members of our Best Value and National Networking Groups, and individual NPAGNetwork subscribers.
